Pressure Vessel Plate
A537 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A537 Boiler vessel plates are heat treated carbon manganese silicon steel plates used in pressure vessel fabrication. ASTM A537 Boiler Container Plate has 3 grades, namely Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.
A533 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A533 Boiler vessel plates are manganese-molybdenum and manganese-molybdenum-nickel alloy steel plates suitable for welding pressure vessels. Often with quenching and tempering heat treatment, that is, quenching and tempering state supply. ASTM A533 boiler vessel steel is available in five different strength grades: Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E. There are three levels of each category: level 1, level 2 and level 3.
A516 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A516 grades: 55, 60, 65, 70, is a high-quality boiler and pressure vessel steel, very suitable for low to medium temperature applications. The material is widely used by industrial boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers that provide manufacturing support for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. The steel has good weldability and excellent notch toughness.
A515 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A515 is the same as ASME SA-515 and is the standard specification for welding carbon steel pressure vessel plates for high temperature service in boilers and other pressure vessels. A515/SA-515 plate can be divided into 3 grades according to its minimum tensile strength: grade 60, grade 65 and grade 70.
A387 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A387 Boiler vessel plates are chrome-molybdenum alloy steel plates suitable for welding boilers and high temperature pressure vessels. ASTM A387 boiler container plate is divided into grade 5, grade 9, grade 11, grade 12, grade 22, grade 91 and other grades according to the alloy elements contained. Except for grades 21L, 22L, 91 and 911, each grade of ASTM A387 boiler vessel plate has two tensile strength categories according to its heat treatment: Class 1 and Class 2.
A285 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A285 Boiler Plate is a common carbon steel used for fusion welding of pressure vessel equipment such as boilers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc. ASTM A285 Boiler vessel steel consists of 3 grades: Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. ASTM A285 boiler vessel plates have good welding performance and can meet the fusion welding requirements of pressure vessel equipment.
A204 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A204 boiler vessel plate is molybdenum alloy steel plate, mainly suitable for welding boilers and high temperature pressure vessels. According to the molybdenum content, ASTM A204 boiler container plate is divided into 3 grades: A, B, C. The thickness of ASTM A204 boiler vessel plates is limited only by the ability of the chemical composition to meet the specified mechanical property requirements.
A203 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
STM A203 grades are: A, B, D, E, F. Boiler vessel plates are nickel alloy steel materials used in the manufacture of high temperature pressure vessels. The performance of ASTM A203 boiler vessel plates is based on their Ni composition. ASTM A203 Boiler Container Plates are available in five grades: Grade A, Grade B, Grade D, Grade E, and Grade F.
ASTM A203 Boiler Container Plates for Grade A, B, D and E shall be normalized as required. The chemical composition shall conform to the requirements of ASTM A203/A203M. At the same time, ASTM A203 boiler container plate needs to do two mechanical properties test: namely tensile test and impact test.
A202 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A202 grade is divided into: A, B, boiler vessel plate is mainly used for welding boilers and other pressure vessels. There are two grades of ASTM A202 boiler vessel steel: Grade A and Grade B. The thickness of ASTM A202 boiler vessel plates is limited to 2in, I .e. 50mm.
Boiler plate is a hot-rolled medium-thick plate material used to manufacture superheaters, main steam pipes and boiler firebox heating surfaces. Since the boiler steel plate works under medium temperature (below 350oC) and high pressure, in addition to bearing high pressure, it is also subject to impact, fatigue load and water and gas corrosion. The performance requirements for boiler steel are mainly good welding and cold bending properties. Certain high temperature strength and resistance to alkali corrosion, oxidation, etc.
